  The team at Profit First Accounting are amazing to deal with nothing is every a problem, as they guide you through all aspects of your tax situation.  It was a blessing for my small business, to have someone in the background ensuring I was ticking all the boxes and becoming more of a business partner over the years.

I highly recommend the team whether your starting out in business or you feel underwhelmed by the type of support you're getting from your currently Bookeeper/Accountant.

  I had my first appointment with my Profit First Accountant yesterday. She was very helpful, explaining how they work, what the ongoing cost would be and when it would make the most sense to start working with them,  Meanwhile, she helped  me to get all of my bank accounts set up (as recommended in the book).

  Absolutely amazing team and customer service! I know nothing about taxes and struggle with all of this stuff but I usually try and attempt to lodge my tax return myself through MyGov. This year I wasn't able to because of some things that came up that I didn't understand so I went to an accountant for the first time ever to help me!

OH MY GOD Profit First Accounting are so talented, incredible and have amazing customer service. I had some tax returns that were overdue and I also wanted to lodge this years tax return. I have a lot of anxiety and was nervous about lodging my late returns and thought I had a late fee but Edie worked through it all with me, calmed my nerves and assured me that it was all good! I struggled to understand how taxes and deductions work but Edie took the extra time to explain it all to me and was very kind, patient and helpful! Vanessa and Liza were also very helpful, gave me some extra tips and I had a lovely conversation with them! Vanessa even went above and beyond with her customer service by talking with me on the weekend to see what services I was after and how they could help! Overall, the team have such a warm and welcoming presence and are very skilled at what they do!

I decided to go with Profit First Accounting because they had all 5 star reviews and these reviews really reflect this place! I will definitely be back every single year for my tax return and highly recommend them! Thank you again!

I was so happy with how my tax return was done and also how it got fixed from a previous tax agent i wasn’t happy with. Profit First Accounting fixed everything for me , so there was no stress and was done quickly.

I was so nervous to see a tax agent again after my last experience but i was so happy with the way they did it and made my tax return a breeze thank you Vanessa for the support and help that was provided as i am a new business owner a lot was explained for me to have a bit more of undertaking in the bussiness field ,
